Shipping and Delivery

In which country can I receive my order?

National Standard ships worldwide, please contact us if your country is not listed.

Delivery costs depend on the delivery service you have chosen and will be indicated at the time of order validation.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We are committed to processing and shipping all orders within 24 business hours.

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and a more specific delivery date.

Our warehouse is only operational during business hours.

Please note that during peak periods (such as sales), delivery times may be slightly longer.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. If you have not received this email, we recommend checking your spam folder. If you cannot find the shipping confirmation email, please contact our customer service.

I haven't received my order. What should I do?

If you have not received your order within the expected time frame, contact our customer service within 30 days from the order date.

*Beyond this 30 day period, we will no longer be able to process claims related to lost orders.

Where are your products shipped from?

All products are currently shipped from France.

Please note that our warehouse is closed during public holidays (all applicable dates for 2024 are listed below). During these days, please allow an additional 1-3 business days for your delivery time.

What is your returns policy?

- All products must be returned within 30 days of order delivery.

- All products must be returned in their original condition.

- All returns must include original packaging.

How can I return my order?

To return your order, follow the steps below:

1. Contact our customer service to make a return

2. Our customer service provides you with a Colissimo Return label, then locate a post office to return your package.

3. Once the carrier has scanned your return, we will send you a confirmation email to inform you that your return is on its way to our warehouse.

4. Once received at our warehouse, your return will be processed within 10 business days. We will send you an email as soon as we have processed your refund. The amount will appear on your bank statement within 2 to 5 business days.

Orders

How will I be notified that you have received my order?

When you place an order on nationalstandard.fr , we will send you a confirmation email. If you have not received this email after a few minutes, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, please contact our customer service .

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel your order once it has been placed. Once you receive the unwanted order, please return it to us in accordance with our Return Policy section for a full refund.

I received a defective or incomplete order. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that your order is defective or incomplete. Please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photos and your order number to facilitate the processing of your request.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Paypal and Klarna for most countries. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. Please check that you have selected the correct country in the top right corner.

We generally use the local currency, although some countries are billed in US dollars or euros. The currency is displayed based on the country you selected.

Can I buy now and pay later?

Yes, with Klarna you can buy now and pay within 30 days with no interest. Find out more here.

Why was my credit/debit card declined?

If you receive a notification that your credit or debit card has been declined, please contact your issuing bank or payment processor.

Payment decline may be attributed to an invalid payment method, incorrect billing information, or banking issues. We recommend trying another card or payment method or contacting your bank.

Are the payment methods secure?

We only accept payments via 3D Secure (Verified by VISA/Mastercard SecureCode). This 100% secure payment method guarantees that the card user is the cardholder, by putting the customer in direct contact with their bank to verify their purchase. If you have any questions about 3D Secure, please contact your bank.
